Dr James Thomas , we have known him since September 2025 and he has made a huge impact on my child’s oral health. She brushes her teeth more often and flosses too, since coming into contact with Dr James . I am so grateful for all the work and great relationship Dr James has with my child . He has a great heart towards children but yet firm and very professional . I love the way he works with my child and how attentive he is at all times . I Recently changed dentist to temple street dental practice. It has been the best decision! Staff are friendly and efficient and kind. The dentists are fantastic with both adults and children. The practice is very clean and very welcoming. I would 100 percent recommend.

I recently had a dental emergency and visited the clinic. Right from the staff at reception, to the support staff to the dentist and the dentist herself...everyone was so welcoming and caring. My dential Isabel and support from Hannah made such a difference to how I was feeling. I was not only given the prompt attention and treatment but the way Isabel and team explained the whole situation and next steps was truly remarkable. After couple of days, I met Isabel and Hannah again but this time with my son and once again, the experience was very good. My 11 year old was comfortable all through the check-up, and I left the clinic very assured as a mother. Thank you to the Temple Street Dental Practice team for being there for all of us.

Just been for a routine visit to the hygienist and thought Bhavini to be exceptional. She remembered from the previous visit that I had sensitive areas and was so very gentle with a procedure that is often very uncomfortable. She explained what she was doing and gave good advice without being patronising. She was great and my teeth look fab!

Have been with Temple for years and every appointment I've had has been a pleasure, every receptionist/dentist/nurse/hygienist has been lovely and explains what will happen in the appointment, rationale for work needed, and generally really nice people to talk to. I saw Greta, James, and Hannah today and they were all lovely😁 happy to go back (as much as one can be when it comes to dental appointments!)

My daughter had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. Dr. Isabel and Hannah were very kind and patient, and they made her feel comfortable and safe. The dentist explained everything in a gentle and friendly way, which really helped her stay calm. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and there was no long waiting time. She left with a big smile and was not scared at all. I am very thankful for the great care they gave my daughter and I highly recommend this dentist for children. A big thank you!!!!

I’ve had various treatments here (general check ups, hygienist and wisdom tooth removal) and the experience has been great. Everyone is lovely and very professional. My wisdom tooth was particularly tricky but Dr Rimmi did an amazing job at taking it out! Would recommend this dentist to others.

These guys were so amazing! They fit me in for a last minute surgery appointment the same day I called because they had a cancellation. They were unbelievably kind and thoughtful, asking lots of questions to try and understand what I needed and see whether they could help. I was in a lot of pain and I was so grateful for this and just having a nice human to speak to on the end of the phone. Can’t recommend these guys enough! I’ll definitely come back next time I need something :)

I have been particularly impressed over the years by Dr Alex and, more recently, by Greta the hygienist – something about the way she explained her process finally make something 'click' for me about what I was doing wrong and needed to do right.

I had such a fantastic experience with Dr. Morí Neshat and his team! I came in as an emergency patient while on holiday, feeling quite nervous, especially since I found the clinic through Google Maps based on the reviews. But I’m so glad I chose this place!From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was so lovely and helpful, which really put me at ease. Dr. Neshat was incredibly kind, reassuring, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which helped me stay calm and relaxed throughout the whole appointment.Even though it was just a temporary filling, the level of care and attention I received was exceptional. I used to really hate going to the dentist but I have always been treated with respect here. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and will calmly explain the different treatment options available and the cost associated. I've never met such a pleasant team and the treatment has really improved my self esteem because I am no longer self conscious about smiling and showing people my teeth

Over the weekend one of my fillings came off and I was left with a big hole in a tooth. This could have rapidly decayed and needed quick attention. However my usual dentist was on leave at the time, and normally it would have taken weeks or even months before I could usually expect an appointment. But on this occasion the staff managed to squeeze me in for an emergency evening appointment the very next day, with a different doctor.Once there, I got called in immediately (no wait time at all!), and they expertly repaired my filling in no time; I was out after just 15 minutes, with everything sorted. On top of that, I only had to pay the emergency NHS rate. Incredible service - thanks very much indeed!

I went for my first appointment since having recently moved to Oxford and I had a really good experience. Even though I was a couple of minutes late due to traffic (completely my fault) the practice was happy to push my appointment back without extra charge and both the dentist as well as the hygienist were extremely kind ad thorough. I’ll be back for my next check up and am glad to have found a good dentist in the area.

I’m so lucky to have found this practice when we moved to Oxford 7 years ago. My dental health has improved dramatically since I came under the care of Dr Roberts. From having several fillings & needing regular professional cleaning I have been taught to look after my teeth by a system of preventative instructions at every visit. The Practice is very Pleasant & I do not dread dental checkups anymore, treatment is prompt when urgent & I have never had cause to complain. I rate Temple Dental Practice very highly.

My partner had a dental emergency and thankfully, we were able to book a same-day slot as an emergency NHS patient. The team is very punctual and wait time was very minimal. Dr. Alex was thorough during the examination and explained clearly to us what the issue was and how to treat it. We could not have had a better experience (bonus point for the beautiful lavender out in the garden!). Thank you to the whole team!

A great dental practice. The receptionist are helpful and kind the Dentist are all brilliant. I’ve seen different ones and they are all good as is the hygienist I always and pleased with the work I have done. I have just had reconstruction work on an old milk tooth which has gone very well.

Temple street dentists and hygienists are excellent.My only complaint is around their management of future appointments; which is not made clear to the patient. They ask would you like to book your next appointment? you agree then they ask for payment upfront. So your next check up/ treatment etc even if in 6 months time they expect payment immediately, therefore they have your money in their bank account 6 months before the treatment. This should be made clear before agreeing to rebook as it could cause embarrassment/intimidation to the patient, especially if they are shy to speak up.Knowing this I will make an appointment as and when, I prefer my money to sit in my bank account for 6 months and not in Temple Street Dentist's.

I've been going to this dental practice for years and there was no issue but recently I had hygienist appointment and I was running late. I've called the dental practice to informed about my appointment as I was stuck in traffic when I turned up the receptionist told me I only had 15 mins left of my appointment. I've paid in full for my 30 mins appointment as a private rate which is not cheap.The way she spoke to me wasn't very nice and didn't give alternative options, I had 15 mins treatment. A hygienist suggested I should book another appointment for 45 mins to make up for what I've missed for this appointment. I booked next appointment for 45 mins and paid in full which even more expensive than 30 mins appointment. Yet again her customer service wasn't great as she was on the mobile phone and tell me to wait while she texted someone. I think they can do better with a customer service skill maybe smile a bit more.I feel like they should have other options for a customer who unfortunately can't turn up on time like myself either reduce the fee for the next appointment. It cost a lot of money for private dental treatment.

Fantastic experience for an emergency appointment.My toddler son recently had an accident that required an emergency dentist appointment (he's fine). After trying unsuccessfully to get an appt at his regular dentist, we were recommended by NHS111 to contact Temple Street. We had no difficulty getting through and were given an appt within 24 hours.The dentist (Alex) was absolutely excellent - both with our son, and with his two slightly agitated parents. We were supremely impressed with his professionalism, his bedside manner, and the information he provided about what to expect in terms of short/long-term prognoses.I imagine we will be looking to switch dentists soon!While I don't recommend letting your accident-prone son run around concrete tripping hazards, I strongly recommend Temple Street Dentists should he experience a dental-related misadventure.

An excellent practice. Very friendly and helpful receptionist and an assuring and excellent dentist in Dr Mori Neshat and his silent yet smiling assistant. You will be in good hands with these guys and I recommend this dental practice to anybody in need of dental treatments and various tooth repair activities for all the family. It is so good I am going back for three more visits next month. And I still have my teeth.

This was my first visit to the practice with dentist Perie Lo.There were conveniently available appointments with the dentist and subsequent hygienist.I found Perie very thorough and she communicated her findings and advice very well in a supportive manner and I felt immediate trust in her.The original appointment was rescheduled to 35 minutes later than originally booked and then was 25 minutes late on the day. I wasn’t informed how long I would need to wait which created some mild stress as I had a work call planned after the appointment when originally booking.The upstairs waiting area was a bit unloved with empty picture hooks and photocopied notices stuck to the wall and as a private patient would expect environment to be better maintained.

I recently received first rate treatment from the Temple Street Dental Surgery. After suffering pain from gum infections under loose teeth for a couple of months, I realised the situation was not going to improve, and called into the surgery. I was given an emergency appointment for later the same day. I discussed the options with Dr. Lo, and we decided that I should see the hygienist to see if she could deal with the infection. She gave it a really good try, but to no avail, and after a week I went back to the surgery and was given another appointment, again on the same day.We agreed that the two molars should be extracted, and I was given an appointment for the next day. On attending this appointment Dr. Lo fully explained the procedure, while the anaesthetic was taking effect, and then removed the teeth. This procedure was carried out skilfully and quickly, and with minimal discomfort, following which I was given detailed instructions on aftercare. And it was all done on the NHS, which I was very grateful for. The gums are now healing up nicely, and it’s a great relief to be pain free.So, many thanks to all at the Temple Street Dental Surgery, including the friendly and helpful receptionists, for their speedy and effective treatment.

Thank you for a good experience, booking the appointment was trouble free, there were frequent reminders of the upcoming appointment and then on the day it was very straightforward to check in at reception. Very good car during the appointment from dentist Mori Neshat and nurse. Mori took time to explain what he was doing and gave advice on dental care. He was very positive and friendly and provides very good care!

If I could have put 10 stars, I would have.The entire professional body in this establishment is irreproachable. Dental assistants, receptionists (met three of them and they were all adorable) and dentist.I was extremely nervous about having my wisdom tooth removed, given that I've had bad experiences in the past. Dr Rimmi Bhogal removed it without any sensation in what seemed to me to be less than two minutes.Thank you all so much!

I’m extremely happy for the care and attention I received from Ms Bahl.I find it very difficult to keep my mouth open for any length of time as I develop pain in my jaws. A device was put in place that kept my mouth open, I had no pain no discomfort.Sidhika is extremely kind and caring and an excellent professional.She has a very gentle touch and she was able to make me feel completely relaxed and reassured.

After multiple personal visits and persistent attempts to see the principal dentist, I managed to get back half of the amount I had paid for the missed appointment and received a reasonable explanation from the principal dentist.Nevertheless, the front desk manager, Shannon, exhibited a lack of courtesy:1, When I asked her to inform me about the complaint procedure, she claimed that the computer wasn't connected to the internet, preventing her from informing me about the complaint process, even though the complaint procedure was posted on the wall right next to the front desk.2, When I insisted on seeing the principal dentist & initiating the complaint process, she tried to call someone to escort/kick me out and asked me to stand outside the clinic and wait.Apart from the unpleasant conversations with Shannon, I am satisfied with the service provided, and I appreciate the help from the principal dentist. Dr Morteza Neshat is so wonderful with my kids, he connects with them, makes them feel engaged and comfortable and as a consequence their dental hygiene improves because they feel invested in the process. I find him to be genuinely interested in our family and non - judgmental in the way he advises on any dental problems we are experiencing.My 3 year old was very nervous before we arrived but with Morteza‘s calm and engaging approach, he willingly had a full check. My 6 year old was excited to book a return appointment and has even said that he wants to be a dentist when he grows up which feels like a pretty strong endorsement 😁

The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. From taking my phone call Leo the receptionist was the most calming amazingly attentive caring person. As a nervous patient she reassured me all the time and was so kind and considerate. I was then seen by such a wonderfully professional and considerate dentist who kept my nerves at bay until the whole procedure was complete. I have nothing but high praise and urge you to use this practice and be part of a nurturing caring place rather than the scary dentists of old. I was genuinely amazed at their excellent service.

So basically I missed the appointment and I got charged an amount wich I'm nor gonna discuss it here I spoke with the manager and she told me that they will call the next day of my visit so they can refund a small amount from what I got charged from the missing appointment,that never happened as for the dentist actually the 5 stars goes to him he was really professional and was explaining everything so thank you

The practice has always been good, and high standards of care towards patients is the norm. My teenage clients from a resettlement program I used to work for were always looked after with, great understanding of their circumstances. My treatment was - for me - quite complex, involving removal of a crown and fitting a bridge. All staff, from the hygienists to the dentist and her assistant, were easy to talk to & the work was meticulous and painless. I had to go private but I wouldn't normally. I don't think standards of care would differ, on the NHS.

I had a really bad experience at another dental surgery whilst being an NHS patient and came to temple street as a private patient during a wisdom tooth emergency. The front desk team, the dentist I saw and the hygienist (as well as all other assistants in the room) were so lovely and so calming. They explained everything happening in detail and all options open to me. It was a lovely contrast to my experience elsewhere. I couldn’t recommend more and will now be returning here instead!

I was suffering with a severe toothache over the weekend. I emailed Sunday evening requesting an emergency appointment. I received an email at 08.30 on the Monday morning asking me to call the practice and got an appointment for that day. Excellent service and lovely friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and professionalism. The reception team were friendly and knowledgable, and the dentist and her assistant were fantastic! Dentist explained thoroughly what would be happening step by step, took time to answer any questions I had, and I never felt rushed. They included at the end a schedule which I could choose to follow, showing what further appointments were proposed, including filling work and hygienist visits. I never felt pressured, but happily took their advice.Could not recommend highly enough! 👍😉

Competent dentists and higienists although their assistants seem to be a new one at almost every visit (students?).Excellent ways on dealing with patients. Warm, respectful, no rush. As you don't find anymore nowadays.Opaque billing system at times. Also triple check their treatment budgets are complete to avoid surprises later.

Dr Mori Neshat is an excellent dentist. He has helped me improve my oral hygiene tremendously, and it is always a real pleasure to visit him. Wow, fantastic customer from Shannon and Bernie, they both were very friendly and professional. I had booked for a dental hygienist to carry out a deep clean. My dental hygienist was Sidhika, she was fantastic, very professional. She carried out the deep clean within the time slot (45 minutes). "Very professional practice in every way from online booking and reception to Healthcare professionals. After five years in another area of the country I was very pleased to be able to return to this practice.
